Program details.
When do I get paid?
Once the project you referred is complete and the client has paid in full, we send your referral payment within 14 days. We’ll keep you posted along the way so you know where things stand.
Is there a minimum project size?
Yes. Referral payments apply to signed projects of $5,000 or more. Smaller jobs are still welcome, and we’ll always thank you for sending them our way.
What if they already contacted Atlas?
The referral has to be someone who hasn’t contacted us in the past 12 months. If we already have them in our system, through a call, form, or estimate, we can’t count it as a new referral. The easiest way to make sure you get credit is to have them mention your name when they reach out, or send them to us through the referral form.
Can I refer myself?
No. The program is for introducing us to new clients. If you’re a past client looking to start another project, just reach out. We take care of repeat clients and will make it worth your while.
Atlas Surfaces may change or end this program at any time. Rewards over $600 in a calendar year may require a W-9.
